Tenacity Collective CIC is a community interest company in Gleadless Valley, Sheffield. This explains what happens to the answers you give in our survey.
Your answers about our designs. If you choose to give them: your age group, the first half of your postcode and your email address. We don't ask for your name.
To choose which designs to make and what to charge, and to show funders there is demand for our products. Funders only see totals and anonymous comments, never your details. If you give your email, we use it to enter you into our raffle, tell you how to pre-order, and send you updates if you ticked that box.
Your answers are stored securely in our Google account and only our team can see them. We never sell or share your email. We keep emails until the raffle is drawn and our products launch, then delete them, unless you asked for updates, in which case we keep it until you unsubscribe. We keep survey answers without emails for up to 2 years.
The raffle is only open to over 18s, and we don't collect email addresses from anyone under 18.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and unsubscribe from emails whenever you like. Contact us at tanya@tenacitycollective.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
